CHAIR OLSON  announced that the  next order of business  would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL  NO. 289, "An  Act relating  to the membership  of the                                                               
Board of Barbers and Hairdressers."                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  OLSON   opened  public  testimony   on  HB  289.     After
